Amazing sound, superb quality and excellent battery life. Perfectly matches my carbon MX701.

The Packtalk Pro was easy to install and synched up to my phone straight away.
The sound quality leaves my Scala G9 in the dust.
Easy volume changing with the scroll wheel.
Everything else I use the voice commands.
Most importantly: The kit arrived without the wired microphone. But after a couple of quick emails for Cardo to verify my recent purchase, a microphone was express posted to me and arrived in just a couple of days.
When you pay a small fortune for something, you expect great customer support.

Took it out today and was blown away with the quality and functionality.
On the slopes at times u need to communicate information very quickly and this makes it so easy.

This is my third Cardo product. My first was a G4 that was a flawless performer and would likely still be working had it not been for taking on water from worn out rubberized buttons. No bother though because it was time to upgrade. Upgraded to the Packtalk duo pack in 2018 and its performance has been nothing less than perfect. These are still installed and in service. I have 100 percent confidence that they will be working for years to come. This year I bought a new helmet and hooked myself up with the Edge and I am very impressed. Every aspect of it is what I’ve come to expect from Cardo with a few surprises. There is a Cardo employee Mike Tole that has been there for more than ten years that I know of so that says something about the company as well. Being in the motorcycle industry myself passion for the sport is something that is important and Cardo has it dialed. Go Cardo or go without is my recommendation. Thanks Cardo!

I purchased a PacTalk Black in March of 2023. After returning from the 2024 Sturgis MC Rally, I couldn’t get any voice commands to work. If I went through my iPhone, everything worked. Cardo support thought it might be the boom mic or the cradle, but after using my wife’s identical PacTalk Black unit, everything worked fine. Cardo offered to replace my unit with the Pactalk Edge with the return of my Pactalk Black.

The new unit arrived in less than a week & everything works great!
I especially enjoy the new magnetic cradle. Very easy to use & it feels very secure.

I also had a half helmet Cardo speaker-cradle-mic unit which was now useless with the PacTalk Edge. Cardo offered to sell me a new unit for 20% off.

So Cardo, thank you for all your excellent customer service. Cardo will be my first choice when it comes time to purchase my next helmet com system.

It's compact, user friendly, top quality, and you don't know it's there until it makes a sound 😀.. I have used its mesh in 80km per hour winds on 110km per hour speeds and I have nothing but compliments.

This is by far the most amazing product I have ever used. Being a professional stunt rider and mx racer I have a huge need for communicating with my fellow riders and kids. This is perfect

I've only been using the unit for a week so I'm still new to it but so far I love it. I have been using cheap Amazon units with poor instructions and weak speakers. The packtalk edge is loud and clear even on the interstate and the call clarity is great. People don't even realize I'm on a motorcycle.

Yesterday we fired up our new pac talk and we love we were by able to communicate just great. We dodged to coyotes on the trail, and were able to encourage each other to pay attention and have an absolute blast on the ride.

I bought the packtalk edge (ktm) to replace my wired autocomm comm system. I’ve had my other system for over 10 years. This is a great upgrade! Not only is it wireless but the audio quality is fantastic. The radio is a nice new feature for me. Playing music off my phone is effortless as well turn by turn directions which over ride the radio when using. The phone is so clear nobody knows that I am riding. I haven’t used the bike to bike or passenger intercom yet but I’m sure that will be just as good as every other feature. Love the hands free operation by just saying “Hey Cardo” and the command. All in all top notch!!! Definitely going to by another one for my passenger. Would most definitely recommend to others. Thx Cardo

I was unsure which to buy and didn’t want to spend to much I got the spirit hd and it is amazing I love using it everyday easy to use and connect and set up was simple

Amazing piece of kit. Easy to install.. maybe took half an hour just being careful to route the little cables carefully and tidily.

Did a test call to my parents at 60km/h and until I told them I was riding my motorbike they didn't even know. The speakers are crystal clear and I was pleased to hear my voice at the other end of a call was crystal clear. I've yet to meet up with my mate who has one to test intercom quality but I'm sure it'll be awesome. Very well made and I highly recommend. Yes it wasn't cheap but you do get what you pay for here! 5 stars from me!

My name is Joseph Negron and I am a SCNG veteran. I was involved in a hit and run motorcycle accident about a week ago and I was wearing a helmet with the Cardo Freecom 2X when I crashed. My motorcycle flipped at 60 mph and I went over the handle bars and the first thing to hit the pavement was my helmet on the side with my Cardo control box. My visor flew off on impact and after sliding about 60 feet. I came to what just happened and "Blank Space" by Taylor Swift was still echoing throughout my helmet. The durability of the control box and wiring that is infused in this system is well placed and definitely worth the investment. I will definitely be purchasing another Freecom 2X system when I can afford to ride again and will be a lifelong customer to this company. I can't thank you enough Cardo for developing this system and putting in the time and resources to make this sound system work in any situation.

I couldn't imagine riding without these now. You don't realize how much you need these Cardo Communicators until you try them. It makes communicating with your passengers so easy. No more yelling back and forth at each other in a noisy machine. You can hear clearly and the way they eliminate wind noise is magical. I've been using these for a few seasons now and recommend them to everyone. They are really easy to install and simple to operate. Battery life is great and the app is easy to use. You can even record your conversations in the app and use them in videos later. They are packed full of features. If you want to see them in action you can check us out using them on our YouTube Channel. They work great for communicating with your passenger even when they are out of the vehicle, like when you are winching. You can clearly and safely let your riding partner know what you are doin during a complicated extraction or chat with your spotter as they guide you up a technical climb. I alwayes review on Amazon and other websites. When I get something I am always critical, because I like to buy for a long run. I have tried a few bluetooth devices and this was a superior device. I am also a sound engineer and satisfied with the quality. With the bike noise it can be hard to pin point all the frequencies but you can hear sound very well. People have a hard time hearing the difference between me on the phone or the headset. Great product!!!!
