There are not a lot of reviews on these units for tree work, I came here just to say WOW how clear they are and how good they are at canceling out the noises from the chipper and chainsaws. A man can be feeding brush in a chipper while another is running a saw and the other is running an excavator and all 3 can be heard clearly without yelling. This product is much better then any other brand on the market and has upped our production tremendously by being able to hear exactly what everyone is saying. They are also super easy to link up without no goofy sequence or extra buttons to push they can be linked up 2 at a time or 4 at a time or even more and one person leaving the group doesn’t effect the others (like other brands)

It was incredible to ski with my wife and be able to easily communicate on directions or coffee breaks!

The sound is very clear and the range between two people is good. When there is a curve or sight is lost, connection starts to break, which has room for improvement.

All in all, best gear investment for this season!

The Packtalk Pro was easy to install and synched up to my phone straight away.
The sound quality leaves my Scala G9 in the dust.
Easy volume changing with the scroll wheel.
Everything else I use the voice commands.
Most importantly: The kit arrived without the wired microphone. But after a couple of quick emails for Cardo to verify my recent purchase, a microphone was express posted to me and arrived in just a couple of days.
When you pay a small fortune for something, you expect great customer support.

Took it out today and was blown away with the quality and functionality.
On the slopes at times u need to communicate information very quickly and this makes it so easy.
Never mind coaching the kids on technique in real time.

This is my third Cardo product. My first was a G4 that was a flawless performer and would likely still be working had it not been for taking on water from worn out rubberized buttons. No bother though because it was time to upgrade. Upgraded to the Packtalk duo pack in 2018 and its performance has been nothing less than perfect. These are still installed and in service. I have 100 percent confidence that they will be working for years to come. This year I bought a new helmet and hooked myself up with the Edge and I am very impressed. Every aspect of it is what I’ve come to expect from Cardo with a few surprises. There is a Cardo employee Mike Tole that has been there for more than ten years that I know of so that says something about the company as well. Being in the motorcycle industry myself passion for the sport is something that is important and Cardo has it dialed. Go Cardo or go without is my recommendation. Thanks Cardo!

I purchased a PacTalk Black in March of 2023. After returning from the 2024 Sturgis MC Rally, I couldn’t get any voice commands to work. If I went through my iPhone, everything worked. Cardo support thought it might be the boom mic or the cradle, but after using my wife’s identical PacTalk Black unit, everything worked fine. Cardo offered to replace my unit with the Pactalk Edge with the return of my Pactalk Black.

The new unit arrived in less than a week & everything works great!
I especially enjoy the new magnetic cradle. Very easy to use & it feels very secure.

I also had a half helmet Cardo speaker-cradle-mic unit which was now useless with the PacTalk Edge. Cardo offered to sell me a new unit for 20% off.

So Cardo, thank you for all your excellent customer service. Cardo will be my first choice when it comes time to purchase my next helmet com system.

It's compact, user friendly, top quality, and you don't know it's there until it makes a sound 😀.. I have used its mesh in 80km per hour winds on 110km per hour speeds and I have nothing but compliments.

This is by far the most amazing product I have ever used. Being a professional stunt rider and mx racer I have a huge need for communicating with my fellow riders and kids. This is perfect

I've only been using the unit for a week so I'm still new to it but so far I love it. I have been using cheap Amazon units with poor instructions and weak speakers. The packtalk edge is loud and clear even on the interstate and the call clarity is great. People don't even realize I'm on a motorcycle.

Yesterday we fired up our new pac talk and we love we were by able to communicate just great. We dodged to coyotes on the trail, and were able to encourage each other to pay attention and have an absolute blast on the ride.

I bought the packtalk edge (ktm) to replace my wired autocomm comm system. I’ve had my other system for over 10 years. This is a great upgrade! Not only is it wireless but the audio quality is fantastic. The radio is a nice new feature for me. Playing music off my phone is effortless as well turn by turn directions which over ride the radio when using. The phone is so clear nobody knows that I am riding. I haven’t used the bike to bike or passenger intercom yet but I’m sure that will be just as good as every other feature. Love the hands free operation by just saying “Hey Cardo” and the command. All in all top notch!!! Definitely going to by another one for my passenger. Would most definitely recommend to others. Thx Cardo

I was unsure which to buy and didn’t want to spend to much I got the spirit hd and it is amazing I love using it everyday easy to use and connect and set up was simple

Amazing piece of kit. Easy to install.. maybe took half an hour just being careful to route the little cables carefully and tidily.

Did a test call to my parents at 60km/h and until I told them I was riding my motorbike they didn't even know. The speakers are crystal clear and I was pleased to hear my voice at the other end of a call was crystal clear. I've yet to meet up with my mate who has one to test intercom quality but I'm sure it'll be awesome. Very well made and I highly recommend. Yes it wasn't cheap but you do get what you pay for here! 5 stars from me!
