Expanding a mesh network from 31 riders to 31 sounds simple when written on a spec sheet. In reality, every additional rider increases the complexity of the network and creates new challenges that need to be solved without compromising on what made Cardo DMC special in the first place.

We knew one thing from the beginning: If adding more riders reduced reliability, it wasn't worth doing.

So we took our time.

Instead of rushing Mesh Boost to market, Cardo spent months validating the experience, refining the software, and gathering feedback from riders and testing teams across different riding environments and use cases before making it available worldwide.

The goal wasn't to be first. The goal was to be confident. Confident that a rider joining a group of thirty-one would enjoy the same dependable experience as a rider joining a group of five.

Nobody Gets Left Behind

Have riding partners who haven't updated yet? No problem.

Mesh Boost remains compatible with existing DMC users. Riders using older units can still participate in mixed groups, although those groups are limited to 31 riders and some advanced Mesh Boost capabilities are not available until everyone upgrades.
