These Program Rules set out the current commercial terms of the Cardo Refer-a-Friend Program. They should be read together with the Cardo Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Program Rules have the meanings given to them in the Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
1. Eligibility
The program is open to all eligible participants. A prior Cardo purchase is not required for a person to become a referrer.
2. Referrer Reward
The referrer will receive a USD 35 reward for each Qualified Referral.
3. Referred Customer Reward
A new Cardo customer who completes a Qualified Purchase will receive USD 50 off an eligible purchase of USD 350 or more.
4. Minimum Purchase
The referred customer must complete a purchase of at least USD 350 (net qualifying value).
5. Eligible Products
The referral discount applies to Cardo products purchased through the Cardo webstore, provided the qualifying order value is at least USD 350. Cardo may exclude specific products or categories from time to time.
6. New Customer Requirement
Only new Cardo customers are eligible to use a referral link and receive the referred customer reward.
7. Qualified Purchase
Only the referred customer's first qualifying purchase may generate referral rewards.
8. Reward Issuance
The referrer reward will be issued only after the applicable cancellation, withdrawal, return and fraud review period has expired. The reward delay will correspond to Cardo's applicable return/cancellation period.
9. Maximum Rewards
Each participant may receive up to USD 599 in referral rewards per calendar year.
10. Reward Expiration
Referral rewards do not expire unless otherwise stated on the Program page.
11. Geographic Availability
The Program is available in countries to which Cardo ships through its official webstore, subject to applicable law.
12. Sharing Referral Links
Referral links may be shared only through personal, non-commercial channels. They may not be posted on coupon, cashback, deal or discount websites or used for paid advertising.
13. Combination with Promotions
Referral discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupon codes, bundles, affiliate offers or automatic discounts unless expressly permitted by Cardo.
14. Cancelled / Refunded / Exchanged Orders
Cancelled, returned, fully refunded, fraudulent or chargeback orders do not qualify. Partially refunded or exchanged orders remain eligible only if the final net order value remains at least USD 350.
15. Program Administration
The referral program is administered by Friendbuy. Reward fulfillment is administered through Tremendous, where applicable.
16. Program Changes
Cardo may modify the commercial terms of the Program from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be reflected on the Program page.
