PACKTALK NEO

So far I am loving the Neo. I haven’t had an opportunity to use it in a group setting but will do that for an upcoming road trip. I love using the voice commands and the sound is awesome. It was easy to install and set up.

This is our sixth purchase in the family and extended family network. The quality is spot on, the installation easy to manage and the connectivity and App tools work smoothly. I love the ability to listen to music in the helmet too. You won't be disappointed with product, service, tools, install, connectivity and ability to communicate with group of riders. Very much worth the investment!

I got the package after 2 weeks after.

Super simple install, watched the video to ensure I did everything correctly. Works like its advertised, haven’t had any issues the past couple weeks. There’s two things I wish were better. 1) The mount is great IF the helmet has a nice flat side. Mine has body lines that make it so part of the mount isn’t secured onto the helmet 2) The audio is nice and clear, but I am at max volume 90% of the time I have my helmet on. It’s just not quite as loud as I wanted.

It's nice to have Music in my helmet on my Adventure Motorcycle without a audio system. Haven't used the communications yet but soon.

Easy to install and works prefect

First of all, this is an upgrade from Cardo SmartH Duo to Packtalk Neo Duo. Bot me and my son like to ride together so it was a must to be Duo; but when riding with 2 or more friends, Cardo system was always at help.
Installation: easy and simple, took me less than half an hour.
Setup: similar to previous one, through Cardo app. It looks like the Neo offers more features than SmartH unit.
Use: I cant go out and ride now as it is winter, but this one doesnt look so complicate to use. The buttons do the same thing (more or less). The difference (better than SmartH) is that you can detach the unit and charge directly on USB C. On the other unit (SmartH) the charging port was through a mini USB port. Another good thing is that you have OTA on the Neo. Overall, i'm very happy with my choice,

easy to fit, when meshed to another cardo works beautifully. when trying to pair Bluetooth to another brand using the app on your phone works best.

This Neo is amazing. I previously had the Freecom 4+ for about 3 years and finally decided to purchase a Packtalk. The buttons feel so smooth and the sound from the JBL’s is perfect. Very satisfied with the upgrade!

After getting lost on some unfamiliar roads and having to stop 10 times to check my maps for where the heck I was, I was so ready to live the Caro life. I cant speak enough on how good this product is. So many different factions that make the riding experience sooo much better. My girl and I love listening to music together and being able to talk while we are riding. You won't regret this purchase! Even if you dont ride with anyone you can still listen to good quality music, make phone calls, set directions and have all voice command functions without ever looking at your phone.

I have previous experience with freedom. The cardio is much louder. It also allows group communications. Bluetooth control is super convenient.

I bought this after my bold gave up the ghost due to a faulty charging port. I selected the Neo because of the positive clip connection. I liked the magnet idea until i saw one fly off at speed on a long distance ride. My main complaint with this is the fact i have to plug it in every time i take it off, where as the bold you could unclip and take it with you so it wouldnt get stolen. This one you have a weak connection and flimsy wires that are going to get stressed with use. We'll see how long this lasts, but im not optimistic.

Everything was fine except the item states it fits all helmets but a half helmet kit is required for half helmets so the advertisement is not accurate

If you are considering a Cardo, stop considering it and buy one. This thing is an absolute game changer. Not only the pack talk feature which is wild, but phone calls while riding your motorcycle? Insane. Like truly insane. Hang up on them and pay attention to the road. If only my wife didn't know I can answer phone calls. More importantly though, pay attention to the Notoricues B.I.G. as he serenades you through the 40mm jbl speakers on both sides of your noodle as you ride through those back highways and city streets.Seriously the FM radio is amazingly string and clear signal, the Bluetooth is outstanding. The mic has noise canceling for phone calls and responds to Siri.The only thing lacking in audio quality is a little bass but if you wear earplugs (which you should) they will push up against the speaker a little bit and that bass will rumble through.Easy install but I'll warn you on this. Choose the install wisely by putting the speakers in first. When you stick the unit on the helmet, you only get one shot do not miss your chance to blow.Worth it, especially if you can get them on sale.Keep the dirty side down. Cheers.

Great sound quality and battery life. Super easy to remove and re-install for recharging. Love it, but geez it's pricey.

I’m actually listening to breaking Benjamin through my bell MX9 adventure helmet as I’m writing this review. The picture instructions suck for DIY but the average guy who changes his bikes oil can figure it out. Probably a good idea to use the included boom mic in a full face helmet with a small mouth vent (don’t block your air flow!). I bought it because I wanted to communicate on rides with other KLR guys and gals and take calls without issue. Thing about basic units is you’re paying $150 for extremely basic functions so I spent a little more on a full feature unit. I can live without the quick mount because I ride for leisure. I did look at Sena because they sponsor the BDR organization but they’re all expensive and extremely confusing not to mention they look big too. In any case this should do its job extremely well, thanks cardo!

Great product and the Neo represents the best bang for the buck in my humble opinion. Was able to quickly setup with my phone and install the helmet components easily. Now I'm able to make calls or listen to music while riding. the call quality is amazing as people do not even know I'm on the motorcycle riding.

Love the system and the versatility of the comms. My son has the Cardo system and with the duo I used for my daughter so we can all communicate and jam out.
