Cradle is as advertised. Shipping was terrible.
First one I received was crushed when it arrived.
Had to send about 10 emails to get it replaced . Love the product, shipping is a **** show. Maybe put the part in a box for shipping instead of a bubble envelope

works good but don't bump it on anything or it may break like mind did. My Cardo fall off somewhere when riding and lost it, May have just have been a defect not sure, I had to buy a new cradle to see what was wrong with it, Found one of the locking clips that hold it on was broken, It was the first time I use it, was new. I had to buy a new unit, I called Cardo and they wouldn't warranty it.

It perfectly matched my order, and arrived sooner than expected. B.t.w. the Cardo Packtalk Edge with its JBL loudspeakers is my favourite intercom ever!

Glad they had the part to fix the broken wire. I wish I would have shopped other places though. It’s hard to wrap my head around but you can buy it cheaper and get parts shipped for free from their distributors.

Didn’t come with plate receiver.
Products are already expensive, should we order another piece of plastic? Crazy!

I bought this to go with my half helmet kit and it works great just like my full face.

Good product but have had to replace one already because the wire for speakers went bad after only a few months.

The problem I had was the connection to the three mm connector broke. The wires are very thin and expected to connect and disconnect each time you take your helmet on or off. The new one looks exactly the same. If you used larger wire it seems like it would hold up better.

Hung a shirt over my helmet with the Packtalk Edge removed and it tangled up in an electrical terminal bending them beyond repair. Cardo sent a replacement very quickly.

Great sounding unit. The wiring could be more durable mine broke after in my helmet.

I already had speakers and a mic on my second helmet. So this was the way to inexpensively use the Cardo unit on both.

My old cradle got a pin that got bent and I needed to replace it Simple- just get a new base!!

Like most Cardo kit everything works as expected I own 2 Packtalk bolds and 1 Edge pro and have 4 helmets which I interchange often

Much better than having to buy an entire 2nd helmet kit, since I already had the microphone & speakers.
