My mic cushion/cover came off and the mic itself was not staying in place, so I bought a replacement. Less than 6 months later the replacement has done the same thing. Is it too much to ask to have these last longer than 6 months? It's only $11 for a replacement, but this shouldn't be happening should it?

Microphone fixed our problem, our two cardos wouldn’t connect and the one microphone turned out to be the problem. Cheap enough fix although shipping was a little expensive.

My microphone wire broke in my snowmobile helmet from opening and closing front piece ..the replacement i received was perfect..plugged in and its fixed...easy to install great product .. Love my cardo makes riding fun and safe

I purchased the actual unit at a local motorcycle dealer, but while I was installing it, I managed to snap both connector pins on the microphone end. Came to Cardo's website, ordered a replacement and a new Velcro pad (which I ended up not needing as the new microphone came with one) and it came within 3 days. The unit is great, the replacement microphone is great, and the short shipping time was a treat too.

Quick and convenient replacement for the original cable that got pinched by the helmet chin pad tabs.

Needed to replace my original mic since it broke when I switched my Cardo to another helmet, replacemen worked as the original did

Very happy & satisfied that we can continue to wear our favorite helmets since we were able to replace the parts that eventually wear out.

Ordered as a replacement for the boom mic. Easy to connect, although finding just the right place to hide the wires took a bit. Otherwise, works just like you'd expect.

Good to be able to get a replacement part, even with the elevated cost. The worst part of the transaction is the highway robbery relating to the shipping cost. Really? $11.00 US for shipping a $2.00 envelope?? Poor example of ongoing customer support.
