No! We accept units in any condition - scratched, completely broken, or dead battery. As long asit is a real communication unit, it qualifies.
Just the main electronic "brain" of the unit. You do not need to send the microphone, speakers, or mounting brackets.
You will pay the full price for your new PACKTALK today. Once your old unit is received and verified at our warehouse, a cash refund is issued directly back to the credit card or payment method you used at checkout. Please note: Until the unit is scanned at Cardo’s warehouse, it is your responsibility to ensure the returned unit arrives within 30 days.
No. By participating in this program, you legally agree that once your old unit is shipped, it becomes the property of Cardo and is gone forever. Even if you return your new PACKTALK within 30 days, we cannot return your old trade-in unit.
Our warehouse verifies every package.If you send a different unit than declared, your refund will be adjusted to that specific tier.If you send an empty box or a non-communication item, your refund will be $0.
No. The Trade-In program cannot be combined with any other discount codes, affiliate links, or major sales events.
You have exactly 30 days from the time you receive your prepaid FedEx label to drop your box off.
