Packtalk Bold replacement.

I recently had a problem with my Packtalk Bold's charging port. I contacted Cardo regarding a repair. Since that model is no longer supported, a repair was not possible but Cardo offered a replacement module at a reasonable cost. Cardo shipped me the new unit and I had it in less than a week. Unfortunately the new module had an issue with a button not working. I again contacted Cardo and they immediately sent me a replacement. I received that in quick order and am back up and running. Cardo's customer service was excellent and quick.

Cardo replacement unit

Great unit , work perfectly with the group.

Replacement unit for one that I dislodged during a ride. Works great. Love the sound quality. Using with the 45mm JBL speakers that were in my Packtalk black package. The bold fits the same cradle as the black. Battery life is incredible, I have not run it out of battery yet.

Love everything about it except that it doesn't charge properly anymore. It seems to be a problem with the micro usb. Most of my riding buddies have had similar problems and have had to purchase a new unit. This is supper anoying.
