This is the juggernaut of communication devices. The best Packtalk made to date. If you want the best headset this is it.
The option to have built in speakers is so much better than having to chase my ear buds every time I take off my helmet. Bought an extra helmet kit for my dirtbike helmet and also enjoy the ability to stay in contact with the group since a lot more chaos can occur in the woods and mountains.
I bought this package to being able to communicate to my wife(passenger) during our rides. As an added bonus we were listening to Apple Music from our phone. It did not disappoint. It simple made a better experience for us
Great intercom, music is clear. Love the booster. Makes a difference.
Clean look, operates well.
Glad I spent the extra dollars.
I have worn these for the past 3hrs. Testing for comfort over long days of training. And so far its great. Excellent sound quality, and comfort. Let's see how the next 3hrs go
I was running a Cardo edge before and wanted better audio from my music. Took a ride this weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Love the auto on and off as simple as that might sound. The only unit will go in one of the spare helmets for when I have a passenger on the bike. Super happy with the purchase.
Needed to replace my original mic since it broke when I switched my Cardo to another helmet, replacemen worked as the original did
My packtalk edge has been great, I use it every time I ride now. The controls are pretty straightforward to use (might take a few times to learn the button combinations) and after configuring your group you ride with just once I really love that it automatically connects everyone when you’re all nearby - that’s how it should be. The sound quality is great and the default speaker size (the 40mm ones) fit perfect in my arai contour x and I’m glad I didn’t upgrade to the bigger ones as those definitely wouldn’t fit and I don’t think modifying it would help either - Arai helmets might be too compact for 45mm speakers so Arai helmet users double check the speaker cutouts in your helmets if you plan on getting the 45mm, they might not fit.
Best one I have ever used. Was easy to set up and provides me with great music, communication and GPS instructions from my GPS unit. Will purchase again if needed.
Heaving 4 Packtalk Bold, decided to get the Pro. It is amazing, quality is superb and superior.
Best system around. I’ve had a couple different versions like the slim and another one. I just bought the pro and it’s amazing I would recommend Cardo to anyone that rides.
Awesome comms. Easy set up easy to use volume is great. Plus crash detection. Hope I never have to find out how well that works.
We have purchased other Cardos in the past, but this one does not compare! It is amazing! We can go on group rides and easily link up with 5+ people. If we split up to ride home in different directions, it disconnects automatically after a certain point, dropping you from the call. In addition, listening to someone via phone call has better sound quality and cuts out the street/bike sound on our end. Wish this product was bought sooner in all honesty!
I use my Cardo almost everyday. I love it. Easy to use and the voice control is great. I got the Duo pack because I have multiple helmets and it is just easier to have more than one.
I used this to hold the Cardo unit on my ADV helmet. That sees all kinds of weather. The adhesive is phenomenal!
I already had speakers and a mic on my second helmet. So this was the way to inexpensively use the Cardo unit on both.
I transitioned from a Packtalk Slim (I think that's three versions). There is an obvious improvement in sound quality, usability and connectivity. Given the downright hostile environment that these devices operate in and the completely unreasonable expectations that we users have, these results are very impressive!
