Came without speakers which was disappointing, but was my issue for not clearly understanding what came in the box. Great product.

1/2 helmet set up.

I wanted this for my 1/2 helmet, so I can swap units between this headset and my modular. Makes like easier.

I am a Cardo addict.I have second helmet kit in all my helmet. 6 now. Cardo communication system is by far better the senna.

Old helmet ⛑️ seem to have an issue with the rear pieces

Old helmet ⛑️ seem to have an issue with the rear pieces. They hurt our heads because they stick outto far.

Microphone didn’t work

The mic never worked but the staff was great. Called Tuesday and new headset is scheduled to arrive Friday. Will do business again if I need anything else

I purchased a PacTalk Black in March of 2023. After returning from the 2024 Sturgis MC Rally, I couldn’t get any voice commands to work. If I went through my iPhone, everything worked. Cardo support thought it might be the boom mic or the cradle, but after using my wife’s identical PacTalk Black unit, everything worked fine. Cardo offered to replace my unit with the Pactalk Edge with the return of my Pactalk Black.

The new unit arrived in less than a week & everything works great!
I especially enjoy the new magnetic cradle. Very easy to use & it feels very secure.

I also had a half helmet Cardo speaker-cradle-mic unit which was now useless with the PacTalk Edge. Cardo offered to sell me a new unit for 20% off.

So Cardo, thank you for all your excellent customer service. Cardo will be my first choice when it comes time to purchase my next helmet com system.
