My old cradle got a pin that got bent and I needed to replace it Simple- just get a new base!!
The song quality is fantastic easy to set up. Communication has a slight lag other than that works great!

Music is loud enough, easy install with decent guides. Only problem that I'm having is the intercom function can be finicky at times.
The refreshment kit is a great item that is utilized for transferring my pack talk to a new helmet. This is a great addition to updating the speakers and microphone to my helmet. Greatly recommend this product for fellow Cardo Comms.

More than capable of anything I'll ever need. Everything worked flawlessly during a 4 hour rain ride including dirt roads. Looks mont on my RSD Bell lid.

The sticky Velcro patch for the speakers could be a little more sticky mine moved around inside my helmet. Other than that it’s been very good!
It just arrived. First impressions are amazing. It's gorgeous. I can't wait to install it. Now I'm using Pro... I hope this one will be even better. It's definitely prettier. Unfortunately it doesn't connect to Cardo Update but I'm sure it will be fixed soon.
I easily installed this in my Scorpion EXO R1 Air helmet. The 40 mm speakers snapped in so easily and the wiring is completely inconspicuous. The controls are easy with a glove on. The voice activation is flawless. I just ordered a second one for my son’s helmet. I used to wear wireless ear buds which were uncomfortable and always falling out when I donned or removed my helmet. Not anymore! The sound is incredible. Love this product.
