Sticker Design Contest – Terms & Conditions
By entering the Cardo Sticker Design Contest, you agree to the following terms:
By submitting your design, you grant Cardo Systems a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your design for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes—but is not limited to—use on social media, in product giveaways, and physical distribution at events.
All submitted designs must be original and created by you. Your design must not:
- Infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks
- Include brand logos, characters, or artwork that you do not own or have rights to use
Submissions that violate these conditions may be disqualified.
By entering, you acknowledge and agree that the winning design may be printed and used by Cardo at events and in other promotional contexts without additional permission or compensation beyond the stated prize.
Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to enter. Cardo reserves the right to request proof of consent at any time.
Cardo reserves the right to substitute the stated prize with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of supply or availability issues. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
