I got this for my second helmet, and come to find out if it's a half helmet I have to purchase a whole nother kit and most of both of them are trash. For plastic. I got taken. Not by the dealer by the manufacturer.

Not entirely sure if it’s because I run an older headset by the JBL speakers just don’t have a crisp sound to them, they’re tinny and there’s a slight crackle in them… don’t know it’s the JBL speakers themselves or if it’s JBL/Cardo making it hard to pair a second kit speakers to an existing unit, haven’t figured that out yet but the kit itself was exactly what was expected for Cardo, quality and easy to install.

I was using standard cardo freecom x1 for 3 years. This JBL set is the perfect sound for the helmet👍Only easy to install if you know the tricks. So definitely worth to watch some videos before you do it on your own 😉The sound however is worth the journey!!!

If you have another helmet and you use the Cardo 2x system, this works perfectly

It’s ok, the sound from these is mediocre at best. You would have thought I would have learned from my original freecom 4 distorted sound is really annoying but headphone’s don’t fit under my helmet

I spent more for this 2nd helmet kit solely for the improved speakers and the extra sound profiles. After not being able to download the profiles I contacted the manufacturer I was informed that my freecom 4+ wasn't compatible. What a waste of time and money.
