Cardo Systems

This was my very first time ordering and owning a Cardo device. Let me start off by saying Exceptional performance. It was better than I could imagine. I’ve seen videos and heard people talk about it but never experienced it. I’m one of those people who thought it was ok to just use your Air Pods to ride your bike. Until the inconvenience of them falling off Everytime you take off your helmet or having to touch your phone while riding to pause or answer a call. This Cardo PackTalk Pro is amazing. I’m glad I pushed the button on this one. And let me add the Customer service is top tier. I won’t get into too much details about a concern I had, but let’s just say they handled it right away for me. And I couldn’t be more happier. Thank you again staff and the whole Cardo team.

I received my Cardo Packtalk Pro on July 7th, and just two weeks later, it proved its value beyond expectations. On July 21st, I was involved in a motorcycle accident. The accident detection feature activated flawlessly, immediately notifying my emergency contact without delay.

Not only is the audio quality and mesh communication top-tier, but knowing this device can actually help save your life gives a whole new level of confidence when riding.

Highly recommend for any serious rider. This is more than just a comm system—it’s real peace of mind.

I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Installation was simple and sound quality is excellent. Riding with Cardo has been a great experience. It performs well in the rain and stays attached on both the highway and off pavement. The battery lasts quite a while. Long enough for a full days riding. The unit is also easy to carry in your jacket or luggage when you’re away from the bike.

Highly impressed with the clarity of the music. As well as the communication between the Cardo Edge devices. Even with my music all the way up, my girlfriends voice comes in clear. That's exactly what I need. After working in commercial construction for over 18 years. Thank you very much!

Just got back from a three week trip to Tuktoyaktuk. The units were easy to set up and operate. They made the trip safer and more fun with being able to communicate instantly. The battery life is about 12 hours, which we exceeded some days but a quick 20 min charge while at a gas stop got us through the day.

Without the help of my cardo I’m not sure I’d be here. The system is flawless. I was in a wreck 3 days ago and was injured so bad that I could not reach my phones which has flown about 5 feet away from me. If I didn’t have the hands free system of my cardo I don’t know where I’d be at

The **Packtalk Edgephones ORV** are a seriously impressive piece of gear for off-road riders who want solid communication without the hassle of in-helmet setups. Built around Cardo’s proven Packtalk Edge unit, these over-ear headphones are purpose-built for dusty, loud, and unpredictable environments—and they deliver.

Right away, the build quality stands out. The headset is sturdy, folds flat for easy storage, and includes thick, replaceable ear cushions that block a good amount of outside noise. The magnetic "Air Mount" for the Edge unit is simple but effective—no clips or snaps to fumble with, even with gloves on. The whole thing feels like it was designed by someone who actually rides in the real world.

Audio quality is surprisingly good. The 40mm JBL speakers are loud and clear, even in a noisy side-by-side or UTV. Voices come through crisp, and music doesn’t sound tinny like it does with some cheaper headsets. The mic works well too—it picks up your voice without amplifying the engine noise or wind, which is key when you’re trying to coordinate on the trail.

The standout feature, though, is the Dynamic Mesh Communication (DMC). It just works. You can ride in and out of range without needing to reconnect, and linking multiple riders takes seconds. It’s a game-changer if you’re used to finicky Bluetooth systems.

Battery life is solid (about 13–14 hours), the app is easy to use, and voice commands make it mostly hands-free. You can even update the firmware over the air, which is a nice touch.

Overall, if you’re looking for a rugged, plug-and-play comms setup for off-roading—whether for recreation or guiding a crew—the Packtalk Edgephones ORV are absolutely worth it. Not cheap, but the quality and ease of use justify the price.

The noise canceling and music share are a game changer for our 4x4 experience. We upgraded from helmet com to the headphones and are beyond happy. Hoppy more in our gang will move up so we can use the group features.

The option to have built in speakers is so much better than having to chase my ear buds every time I take off my helmet. Bought an extra helmet kit for my dirtbike helmet and also enjoy the ability to stay in contact with the group since a lot more chaos can occur in the woods and mountains.

We have purchased other Cardos in the past, but this one does not compare! It is amazing! We can go on group rides and easily link up with 5+ people. If we split up to ride home in different directions, it disconnects automatically after a certain point, dropping you from the call. In addition, listening to someone via phone call has better sound quality and cuts out the street/bike sound on our end. Wish this product was bought sooner in all honesty!

This is such a fantastic product, I'm upset I didn't buy it sooner. This improves my solo riding experience exponentially and almost indescribably when riding with friends. I would recommend cardo products to anyone and everyone!

These are the must have for a Shoei helmet!
This adapter puts the Cardo unit flush with the bottom edge of the helmet, ending the constant catching the unit on your jacket collar, also locating the unit for easier button functions.

After going the cheap route several times and one not so cheap route I bit the bullet and got my wife and I the Packtalk Edge Duo.
All I can say is, the Packtalk Edge is amazing. No fumbling around syncing up. Easy volume control. Excellent recognition of voice commands. Full integration with Siri. My kids went ahead and got them after hearing us rave about it and now we can all ride together with seamless communication. Being able to share music or listen to your own while still being live is so great for us too. Hand signs are great and all but if the trailing rider has an issue, there is no need to hope someone sees you before getting too far ahead, or simply needing to pull over without having to get the attention of the lead rider. Plus numerous other benefits to instantaneous voice communication.

Awesome first ARV use, music, phone, intercom and 2way radio use

I have been riding with the Packtalk Pro for a couple weeks now. It is the easiest system to use. I have tried out a few Sena's and the cheaper Cardo systems. This one is by far the best. Any Cardo product is superior, but the Pro takes the cake. I cannot recommend this system enough. The speakers are very loud and connecting to my fellow riders has never been easier.
